23 years ago, I started my first blog on Blogspot. The internet was a very different place, a very simple place. My blog went from parenting to travel and then to settling down. And then I got bored. Social media became king of the hill for posting your thoughts and it was lightning fast. Today, posting to social media is a nightmare of ads, bullies, and “hi dear, I noticed your fine post. Could I message you?” S.P.A.M.

Around the beginning of the year, I dumped it all. This left me wondering how to reach friends and family with pictures and updates. So here I am. Blogging again. I will be traveling this summer, and this will be where I post about that.

So, I will figure out how to send blog updates to those who want that. This WordPress thing is way harder than the book of faces so stay tuned.
